What onboarding covers
One-time fees cover tenant provisioning, core company profile (identity, address, registration details, brand assets), creation of operational datasets, and bulk import of historical invoices, items, customers and suppliers where data is supplied in agreed formats—so teams start on clean, reconciled master data.
Change management & engineering
Enterprise and Enterprise Pro changes are estimated in discrete work packages, each decomposed for complexity and signed off before work begins—typically billed at £25 per engineering hour unless otherwise agreed.
Scale-out
Add branches and named users with the published uplift fees. POS footprint and peak concurrency may affect infrastructure sizing.
Integrations
Connect Savis to external CRMs, logistics, payment gateways or data warehouses—scoped as fixed deliverables or time & materials.
Storage
